This Palomino Fino begins its aging as a fine under a flower veil and later without it, in highly-seasoned American oak casks, by the soleras system. This process takes about 32 years and the result speaks for itself: a very elegant, concentrated, dry and long wine. Ideal to accompany a menu based on baked fatty fish, rice, roasted nuts, even with slightly spicy dishes since it can handle the type without problem.

Located in Jerez de la Frontera, they have traversed centuries of history, always around the vineyard and limestone, the delicate process of transforming Palomino Fino and Pedro Ximénez into VORS and VOS jewels, with an average age of 20 and 30 years.
