The Osborne RARE are an exquisite "rarity". Wines that can be found in the cellars of the great Jerez houses. Ancient soleras that started at the beginning of the 20th century. They are sublime and very complex wines, but the winery decided to make them more pleasant with a slight addition of Pedro Ximenez, turning them into a kind of medium-dry. The Indian soleras, not very common in these times but that all wineries had in their portfolio. Born to be sent to the Indies (Old American colonies). Lustau, Romate and Osborne among the best known, they always had Indian soleras. That kind of doomed but very fine scent seems to be closer to a sweet wine than a medium but only in appearance.
