Description
All the DO Jerez-Xérès-Sherry wines with the surname VORS ("Very Old Rare Sherry") have an average age of more than 30 years. In Bodegas Hidalgo they rescue a few boots of this high quality and concentrated Palo Cortado. Although it was created for the family's consumption, they have decided to give us the privilege of accessing a limited number of bottles.

Winery founded in 1792 by Don José Pantaleón Hidalgo, currently led by the eighth generation of the family. They have their own vineyards in the Balbaína and Miraflores payments, and their musts rest in the hearth just 300 meters from the sea. His Manzanilla La Gitana is one of the great classics of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, with numerous international awards.
