La Gitana Manzanilla en Rama 750 ml

The Palomino grape with which La Gitana Manzanilla is made is born in albarizo terrain just 300 meters from the sea, in a farm called “El Cuadrado”, located in Balbaina Alta, 10 kilometers from the Atlantic Ocean. The must rests for eight years in the solera in 150-year-old American oak casks, just 300 meters from the coast, and that small distance makes the flower veil thicker, giving it finesse and a powerful saline character. Without previous bottling treatments, it is a creamy and pure chamomile.

Winery founded in 1792 by Don José Pantaleón Hidalgo, currently led by the eighth generation of the family. They have their own vineyards in the Balbaina and Miraflores estates, and their musts rest in the hearth just 300 meters from the sea. His Manzanilla La Gitana is one of the great classics of San Lúcar de Barrameda, with numerous international awards.
