The Palomino grape with which La Gitana Manzanilla is made is born in albarizo terrain just 300 meters from the sea, in a farm called “El Cuadrado”, located in Balbaina Alta, 10 kilometers from the Atlantic Ocean. The must rests for eight years in the solera in 150-year-old American oak casks, just 300 meters from the coast, and that small distance makes the flower veil thicker, giving it finesse and a powerful saline character. Without previous bottling treatments, it is a creamy and pure chamomile.

His Manzanilla La Gitana is one of the great classics of San Lúcar de Barrameda, with numerous international awards.
