The Bota of Tío Pepe that is selected for 1 and 2 Palmas is a clear example of how far the terroir of Jerez can go. The Bota of Tío Pepe 3 Palmas is simply sublime. This is where the line separates the biological from the oxidative, a perfect Fino Amontillado. 4 Palmas shows the ability of the Palomino Fino to age with elegance and nobility, offering an imposing, deep and penetrating old Amontillado.
