Description

1 Palma, 2 Palmas, 3 Palmas and 4 Palmas are denominations that apply to those wines of Jerez that are markedly distinguished by their cleanliness, finesse and delicacy in the aroma and the number of palmas is proportional to their old age. The Bota of Tío Pepe that is selected for 1 and 2 Palmas is a clear example of how far the terroir of Jerez can go. The Bota of Tío Pepe 3 Palmas is simply sublime. This is where the line separates the biological from the oxidative, a perfect Fino Amontillado. 4 Palmas shows the ability of the Palomino Fino to age with elegance and nobility, offering an imposing, deep and penetrating old Amontillado.
