This Palo Cortado is described as the “rebel” wine of Jerez. Its elaboration is surrounded by mystery, we could describe it as a Amontillado in the nose and a Oloroso in the mouth. It has a mahogany color with golden tones and orange edges. On the nose, a great variety of nuances stand out, harmoniously combining the characteristic notes of amontillados and olorosos with other citrus, reminiscent of bitter orange, and lactic, such as butter. It is balanced, with a powerful finish that goes sweetly through the mouth.
