Palomino in greater representation but supported by clusters of Pedro Ximénez from the vineyard of the property. The first is fortified at 18º and the PX at 15.5º. Each wine travels separately in different soleras for 12 years and if there are no inconveniences they are unified and transferred to the Apostles solera so that they comply patiently, another 18 years. Amontillado in the nose and Oloroso in the mouth, as the regulations say, but with the difference that is discovered here greatly, more than in any other Palo Cortado, the influence of the PX. Very concentrated with a very elegant finish. Table wine.
