Benigno Barbadillo, a la sazón fundador de la empresa que lleva su apellido, compró en 1921 la Bodega de El Toro, con sus cuatro naves y un patio en el que dan ganas de darse a la charla con (los mejores) amigos. Una de esas naves, llamada Trinidad, es la que permite nacer a esta Manzanilla Trinidad. Una manzanilla de crianza media, en torno a los cuatro años que se caracteriza por un marcado carácter biológico, rica, equilibrada, sabrosa y sugerente dentro de su edad alegre.
