This wine is the ninth edition of La Boot de Manzanilla Navazos, all of them with a rabid Sanluqueño character, which this time comes from the same screeds as the previous edition No. 71, with the idea of underlining the authenticity of the original style. It is very helpful to have the possibility of accessing several dozen barrels and casks of spectacular quality, gradually curated and raised by Eduardo Ojeda and his team since they arrived in Sanlucar more than twelve years ago. The estimated average age of this magnificent chamomile is about seven years.
