Description

Awesome Rancio wine made by the solera method, a selection of the best rancios from our cellar. Beautiful amber color with beautiful luminous reddish reflections and hints of dry leaves. On the nose it develops a subtle, elegant aromatic ensemble, marked by good notes of aging, highlighting hints of dried and raisined fruit with light notes of toasted bread, anise and liquorice and with a roasted finish. On the palate it is broad, expressive and delicate with clear memories of its noble aging that has given it a rancid-roasted character due to slow oxidation through the pores of the barrel. Ideal companion for those occasions in which the passage of time is not taken into account. Ideal as an aperitif and a good ending to any meal.
