If the normal version is already the wine with the best quality-price ratio in our country, now they have taken it a step further and presented us with this unclarified version, with minimal filtering to enhance the personality that a terroir like Pago de Miraflores and the old winery on Calle Misericordia in Sanlucar can show in a wine. It is the closest thing to being there, between the platforms, with Eduardo Ojeda taking wine from the barrels with a venencia.
