Tío Pepe Fino en Rama is a wine made from Palomino Fino by Bodega Gonzalez Byass. It is born in the albarizo payments of Macharnudo and Carrascal, and begins its aging under yeasts, "the flower", which arises spontaneously and lives with the wine for a minimum of 5 years before being bottled. Without filtering or clarifying, "on the branch", genuine and wild. This year I boast of its 13th edition, and we recommend opening it and enjoying it as soon as possible, in all its splendor of sapidity and purity.
