Recovering the old tradition, Jonathan García, from Suertes del Marqués, produces a Listán Blanco single-varietal, in the old Canarian style. Listán Blanco, in very old braided cord, which comes from two high areas: the upper area of Suertes and the area of Mocán, to the west. It elaborates with a whole bunch, cutting the fermentation with wine alcohol, and leaving it to age for 25 months in old Madeira barrels of 300 liters. It is today a static aging, but it is the beginning of a tradition. The result was a complex drink with 87 grams of residual sugar. Old gold to drink.
