Gonzalez Byass Amontillado 1975 750 ml
González Byass
The 1975 vintage is amber in colour with orange reflections, a steely rim, medium-intensity tears, clean and bright.
On the nose it is sharp, elegant, complex and powerful. Nuts, toasted almonds, hazelnuts and dried apricots. Delicate and subtle with oxidative nuances and a slight hint of liquor at the end. On the palate it is compact, dry, with an evolution marked by old tannins that are interspersed with nuts and toasted notes.
