González Byass, founded in 1835, is dedicated to the production and marketing of quality Sherry wines, paying special attention to the production of unique old wines. These exclusive Soleras have remained in their cellars for more than 30 years, being considered their greatest legacy. González Byass owns 800 hectares of land in the heart of the D.O. Sherry, on albariza soils.
