Dimobe Arcos de Moclinejo Px Seco Trasañejo 500 ml

This wine is produced from grapes harvested in centuries-old vineyards located in the Montes de Málaga. The production process includes complete fermentation and a subsequent increase in alcohol content through concentration, achieved thanks to a long aging period.

Parenting and aging:

For more than 40 years, this wine has been aged in old American oak barrels, using the criaderas and soleras system.

Sensory characteristics:

This wine has a bright, old gold color with golden nuances on the rim. On the nose, its aroma is very intense, with notes of oxidative aging. Roasted aromas are perceived, where nuances of coffee compete in intensity with memories of toffee and leather. In the mouth, it impresses with its power and freshness. It is a wine that exceptionally balances strength and persistence, an example of what a great aged dry wine should be.

Consumption:

It is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature between 10 and 12°C to fully enjoy its qualities.
