La Manzanilla is a dry white wine produced from the palomino grape. Its maturation process involves aging under a layer of yeasts known as flower veil. This careful aging takes place exclusively in the Sanlúcar de Barrameda wineries. The unique climatic conditions of this city, located at the mouth of the Guadalquivir River, favor the development of a layer of yeast called flower veil, which gives unique and distinctive characteristics to the wine. This variety of Manzanilla, produced by TWB, is stored in the back room of the Taberna der Guerrita in Sanlúcar.
