The Cortado La Barajuela 2018 comes as the Palma Cortada y la Raya, from Viña el Corregidor, from the Sub-pago de Carrascal Alto, in the Pago de Carrascal. The harvest was carried out in the middle of September in the later passes, selecting the fully ripe bunches. Once harvested, the bunches were laid down to be in the sun for two days and later they were pressed and fermented in casks. Around December "se deslió" and returned to bota to wait at least a year to be definitively classified as cut. The bota was filled "a tocadedos" and has remained that way until September 2020.
