La Guinelle Vinaigre de Vieux Banyuls 50 cl

The Banyuls Old Red Wine Vinegar comes from a second acetic fermentation of a Banyuls over 10 years old from the Domaine Vial Magnères. If in the base vinegar of La Guinelle the nose leads us to the ripe red fruit, in this old wine vinegar we go to the nuts and honey. Try it with aristocratic salads, or even with some blue cheeses. La Guinelle is the name of a farm located in the small enclave of Cosprons, just a few kilometers from the border with our country. There Nathalie Lefort bought this property in 1999 and turns it into an artisan vinegar shop. It begins with a Banyuls red wine vinegar to which a lot of varieties soon follow, experiments that are here to stay or never to return ... vinegar dynamism in its purest form.
