Lafitte Duck Foie Gras Mousse has a delicate texture and a intense and elegant flavor. It contains 55% of duck liver, emulsified with egg, duck fat, spices ... to achieve a high quality preserve. We recommend spreading on very fine toasted bread and chilling champagne.

La Maison Lafitte was born in 1920 in Montaut, a small town in the Landes, south-west France. There are now four generations of this family dedicated to the business with the same promise since its inception, which is to work with breeders located within a maximum radius of 40 kilometers around Montaut. His Maison is located in a rural and nearby environment, where the breeding of birds is reasonable and always in the open air, ensuring a diet with non-transgenic products, corn, wheat, soy, etc., without treatment with antibiotics. Few houses of the Foie are capable of ensuring such an exhaustive control of their production.
