Mirame Cuándo te Hablo

Look at me when I speak" is a statement of intent. Crafted from fino grapes from the Añina region, its natural sweetness comes from a blend of Moscatel grapes from the Jerez area. With a straw color, it has a pungent nose with certain aromatic touches, and on the palate, it's both sweet and saline, leaving a very pleasant finish. It pairs well with pâtés, foie gras, smoked dishes, and fruit salads. Serve it very cold in a white wine glass, optionally with ice, a splash of soda if you want to dilute it, and a slice of orange.

TASTING NOTES:
This wine boasts a brilliant pale golden color, transparent and clean. It has a delicate and pungent aroma with hints of yeast and fresh bread dough, along with almond and hazelnut notes derived from the biological aging of Palomino grapes, which harmoniously combine with the floral notes of Moscatel. On the palate, it offers a delicate sweet flavor that reduces the bitter aftertaste characteristic of biologically aged wines.
