At Coalla we like to eat well and do little staining. That is why we resort to quality jars, cans and preserves whenever we can to get away from lunch and dinner. The people of Martret have been offering us easily and have been making for over 30 years an extensive repertoire of sauces, soups and pre-cooked dishes, of which we declare ourselves loyal consumers. Its beginnings go back to a small grocery store located in Olesa de Montserrat, Barcelona, ??which began to make their own jars of peppers and steps to meet the needs of their parishioners. It can be seen that they succeeded and changed their location as a canner to the Abrera estate also in Barcelona, ??where they continue to make their star recipe for cooked vegetables to save our menu.
