Olivia is a new member of the Coalla family, and we are not referring to this cider for dessert, but to a smiling girl with eyes that call - like those in Unamuno's poem - born when we were immersed in the preparation of this cider for dessert. As a welcome gift for Olivia (the girl, not the cider), we came up with the name of the girl for the cider. With the mother's consent, of course.

We met Olivia (the cider, not the girl) at a fantastic tasting organized by a good friend of Coalla, in the midst of almost twenty sweet ciders of the most prestigious in the world market from Canada, Switzerland, New York, United Kingdom and of course Asturias. Ice Ciders, Fire Ciders, all kinds of ciders of different varieties of apples and valued blindly, to avoid any influence.

And yes, we were all surprised by this cider, A special dessert cider, our Olivia dessert cider. Welcome (the cider, and the girl).
