Description

Elaborada con manzanas propias de la finca que Viuda de Angelon tiene en Monga (Nava). Se caracteriza porque su segunda fermentación y crianza se lleva a cabo en la misma botella que descorcha el consumidor, lo que permite obtener de forma natural las burbujas según el método tradicional. Uno de nuestros clientes la describe muy bien en su nota de cata en Verema: Color ámbar pálido, apenas genera espuma. La nariz muestra recuerdos a zumo de manzana, suaves sensaciones tostadas y un peculiar fondo de carácter especiado. En boca tiene buen ataque, con cuerpo medio, pasa cremosa, sutiles notas dulces, amargos casi imperceptibles, ligeras sensaciones secantes, bastante fresca, con una acidez de corte málico, persistente. Se bebe bien....
