Description

After a few years of research, trial and error, Llagar Castañón based in Quintueles (Asturias) has finally put its ice cider “La Bonagua” on the market.

The meticulous process of freezing and thawing the cider must is carried out in two phases. Thanks to this double cryoconcentration, the product obtains a greater intensity of sweetness and acidity. After a slow fermentation of 8 months and aging in Sherry oak barrels, a naturally sweet and aromatic ice cider is obtained with a unique and differentiating character.
