Le Chocolat 35% milk chocolate is one of the "basic" bars that we offer under the Coalla brand. There is also dark or white chocolate, plus plenty of toppings ideal to cover all tastes. It is a difficult task to consume a single portion, since when you open the package we are caught by its comforting aroma and flavor. A confessable vice.

We launched ourselves to label these delicious chocolates under the name of Coalla that Praliné makes for us, a pastry shop in Gijón that has been operating since the summer of 2019. At the head of it is Jaime Rodriguez, who grew up in a confectionery family, that of the mythical Betty de Sama de Langreo pastry shop, in Asturias.
In its elaborations, it harmonizes traditional pastry with the most modern sweets. Proof of this infallible mixture are the chocolates that we present to you, of great quality and variety. The base of the chocolates comes from different plantations (Belize, Madagascar, Santo Domingo, etc.) and they melt and temper it to make the tablets. They add hazelnuts, pistachios, orange, crispys ... and a host of pleasant toppings that they confit and prepare themselves. The result is exquisite, delicate chocolates, to which we place our brand with appreciation and pride.
