Billecart Salmon Brut SOUS BOIS is a sparkling wine made by Billecart-Salmon with the Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varieties in equal parts in the Champagne region. The Pinot Noir comes from the Montagne de Reims and the rest from the best Crus del Marne and Epernay. It has a dosage of 7 Grams per Liter. 30% are reserve wines and is vinified and fermented in French oak barrels, with a maceration on its lees for 6-7 years. Everything in this wine is unique It is a champagne that seduces.It is made with the three strains of French Champagne in equal proportions and is vinified in barrels, which gives it a beautiful balance, great elegance, between fine bubbles and strength of character.
