30 years ago, Pinot Noir, one of the great grape varieties in the world, was grown on the d'Espiells estate. A reference rosé cava is made with it. The freshest and most lively Pinot noir grapes from the Espiells estate and selected vineyards from trusted winegrowers and subject them to a light maceration to obtain a beautiful colorrosé and capture the most primary aromas of the grape. With only 12 months of aging, Essential Pinot Noir is the youngest sparkling wine from the house and genuinely expresses a fruitcrisp and seductive.
