From Santoña, they make their Cantabrian Anchovies in extra virgin olive oil using an artisanal process: caught in spring, selected from the best pieces and matured for at least 8 months to enhance their flavour and texture. The result is a meaty anchovy, with a low salt content and impeccable cleanliness, enhanced with a fruity extra virgin olive oil. They are presented in 100g format (10/12 fillets) and require cold storage (0-5 °C) to maintain their unrivalled freshness and quality.
