If you serve it with a good mesclun and raw vegetables such as radishes and carrots, don't even think about getting rid of the canned broth: it will serve as a dressing for this salad for two.

In Villalba de Duero, Burgos, is the small farm of La Fonda del Prado, dedicated for more than 50 years to raising birds, pheasants, guinea fowl... in a natural way and in a healthy and friendly environment for animals. But they are not only dedicated to breeding, but they have taken the pulse (and the point) of the whole process, and they make excellent canned pre-cooked dishes.

They take great care of their birds, both the natural environment and the food, to ensure a good quality final product.
