In Villalba de Duero, Burgos, is the small farm of La Fonda del Prado, dedicated for more than 50 years to raising birds, pheasants, guinea fowl... in a natural way and in a healthy and friendly environment for animals. But they are not only dedicated to breeding, but they have taken the pulse (and the point) of the whole process, and they make excellent canned pre-cooked dishes.
They take great care of their birds, both the natural environment and the food, to ensure a good quality final product. In addition, they invest in raw materials, seeking excellence in the elements that make up their dishes. Humble elements such as piquillo peppers, beans, marinated bonito or cheeks. Also olive oil, vegetables, vinegars, wines and spices.
