We could define Sal Ancestral as several generations of salt masters producing in a pure, artisanal way, without chemical processes or machines, with no other tools than their wise hands to extract and mold the salt that we present to you today, ancestral, spring salts, unique in the world. In addition to this knowledge transmitted, the land, water, light and wind complete the task. In the North of Spain, in Navarra they found the perfect place to settle, since the perfect requirements are met to produce pure salt: through the land free of pollutants, the water that arises from that land in the form of a salty spring, the sun that according to Whatever you want, due to its intensity and duration, it makes these salts a rare and seasonal good. And finally the wind, which as it passes through the valley where the salt mine is located, shapes the crystals with precision.
