Unlike Pingus, PSI seeks a broader expression of Ribera del Duero, less focused on extreme exclusivity and more oriented toward showing the potential of the region’s old vines. It is made favouring the use of cement tanks and large ageing vats, with more restrained use of oak, seeking freshness, balance and a purer reading of the landscape.
