Bruno Murciano is a winemaking project born in Caudete de las Fuentes, the heart of the Bobal region. After years of international experience as a sommelier, Bruno returned to his homeland to create family wines that reflect the Mediterranean character of Valencia. With his brother José Luis, he combines tradition, innovation, and respect for nature, crafting authentic wines from century-old vines and organic practices.

At Coalla Gourmet, we present Bruno Murciano, a family project that combines international experience, Valencian roots, and a love for the centuries-old Bobal grape. Born in 1979 in Caudete de las Fuentes, Bruno grew up surrounded by gastronomy and viticulture at his family's Asador Cris restaurant. He later developed an international career as a sommelier in France and England, eventually becoming Chef Sommelier at London's historic Ritz Hotel and accumulating internationally recognized awards.
In 2010, Bruno realized his dream: acquiring a 6-hectare family vineyard called "Las Brunas," where, together with his brother José Luis—a winemaker and specialist in sustainable viticulture—they began producing their first family wines. Since then, their philosophy has combined local tradition with modern and sustainable techniques, respecting the natural environment and the vineyard's biodiversity.
