At Coalla Gourmet, we present the wines of Blanco Nieva, a winery located in Nieva (Segovia) within the Rueda D.O. (Designation of Origin), founded in 1989 to revive the region's winemaking tradition. Its vineyards, situated at over 850 meters above sea level on sandy soils with pebbles, allow the Verdejo grape to express its full potential.

The winery produces around 800,000 bottles a year, combining grapes from its own vineyards (70%) and grapes from local growers (30%). Blanco Nieva's philosophy focuses on quality and authenticity, with single-varietal wines that blend old bush vines with trellised plots of nearly 20 years, always aligned with the highest standards of the D.O.
