Made with 95% Pinot Meunier and 5% Pinot Noir, with a light dosage of just 5g of residual sugar, the name of this Champagne comes from the type of soil from which it comes. They are illites or argilo-loamy-calcareous soils with greenish tones. It is a millesime of long fermentation in the bottle, more than four years. Winey and elegant.
