To prepare this Armagnac de Solera, the Rozès family filled a barrel of 5500 liters in 2001. From this barrel, only 500 liters are extracted every year, which are filled with three-year-old Armagnac. We are, therefore, facing a dynamic product, which is continuously bottling and rejuvenating in the very style of a solera.
