Its philosophy is based on preserving the traditional roots of Montilla-Moriles, a unique terroir where the Pedro Ximénez grape gives rise to wines as diverse as finos, amontillados, olorosos, sweet Pedro Ximénez wines, vermouths, sparkling wines, and high-quality vinegars. The winery boasts two key facilities: the historic San Antonio wine press and the winery in the old town of Puente Genil, with centuries-old aging casks still in use.

Throughout its history, Delgado has garnered numerous accolades for the quality of its wines and has successfully exported its essence beyond Spain, conquering markets in Europe and Asia, always maintaining an artisanal style true to its heritage.
