The origin of the project

In the early 1990s, Mitxel Etxenike founded a small artisanal workshop in the Pyrenean town of Burguete (Navarra), dedicated to the production of duck-derived products.

His experience and expertise in the sector allowed him to establish a strong commitment to quality as the foundation of all production.

Values and expansion

Etxenike products are distributed in gourmet and delicatessen shops throughout Spain and are also exported to countries such as Argentina, Chile, Cuba, Peru, France, and Tunisia.

The company holds certifications such as SAE at its highest level, as well as the recognition of “Artisan Company of Navarra” and the Reyno Gourmet label.

Artisanal production
