At Coalla Gourmet, we offer Arrayán wines, a project begun in 1999 by José María Entrecanales and María Marsans at the La Verdosa estate, a protected natural environment between Toledo and the Sierra de Gredos mountains. With the addition of winemaker Maite Sánchez in 2009, Arrayán consolidated its identity and began exploring new vineyards in the highlands of Toledo, Ávila, and Madrid, combining diversity with respect for the environment.
